Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects through hands-on work that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Support team members in completing project milestones on time
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization of supplies
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure project specifications are met accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Skilled or General Labourer or in a similar hands-on role is preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction practices is advantageous
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements
Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
