Line Cook – Revelwoods (Downtown Calgary)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and support overall operations
- Assist with inventory, prep work, and kitchen closing duties
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
