To continue our growth and success, the company requires the services of a Concrete Truck Driver to assist in delivering and pouring ready mix concrete required for our pre-cast concrete products.
The duties of the position will include:
- Operating and maintaining a tandem ready mix concrete truck
- Loading of concrete into truck and ensuring proper slump prior to delivery
- Delivery of concrete to precast forms
- Working with production team to pour/offload concrete in a timely manner
- General clean-up duties within production facility
- Assist production team in stripping and prepping forms prior to concrete delivery each day
- May be asked to assist production team with pouring and finishing concrete as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes (these are all considered to be an asset, but not required to be considered for the position):
- Experience operating and maintaining ready mix concrete trucks.
- Experience working with concrete
- Safety training and awareness.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
