Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in spray foam insulation installation is required, along with familiarity with Fusion spray foam guns and Graco proportioners. A strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work sites by protecting from over-spray, setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Apply spray foam insulation to the correct thickness according to project requirements
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and completion.
- Maintain a clean work environment both in truck and at job site.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Experience
- Prior spray foam installation experience is required.
- Knowledge of spray foam equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to working at heights, handling chemicals, and operating power tools
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Experience:
- Spray Foam: 2 years (required)
- 5 Ton Box Truck Driving: 3 years (required)
