We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and energetic individuals to join our Event Operations Team for the summer season.
This is a hands-on outdoor position involving event setup, daily operations, equipment maintenance, guest interaction, safety monitoring, and site support.
The ideal candidate is responsible, mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with management and team members.
Responsibilities
1 Assist with daily event setup, operation, and breakdown
2 Monitor attractions and ensure all safety procedures are followed
3 Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event site
4 Assist guests and provide excellent customer service
5 Monitor weather conditions and report any safety concerns
6 Perform routine equipment inspections
7 Assist with generator maintenance, fueling, oil changes, and basic troubleshooting
8 Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and supplies
9 Report incidents, maintenance concerns, and operational issues to management promptly
Requirements
1 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
2 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3 Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
4 Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment
5 Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
6 Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
7 Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset
8 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
9 Ability to travel to event locations when needed
Assets
1 Experience operating trailers, generators, or event equipment
2 Construction, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor labour experience.
3 Having a truck is a major asset

Training will be provided. Previous event experience is not required.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
