We are seeking a progressive, forward-thinking Health Centre Manager to lead our

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Modernize: Oversee the daily operations of the Health Centre, drive the clinic’s digital evolution via Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and optimize administrative efficiency.
- Inspire and Collaborate: Provide dynamic leadership to a dedicated team including a School Counsellor, two Medical Office Assistants (MOAs), and a roster of Registered Nurses, while acting as a vital bridge to Houseparents, and staff.
- Champion Active Care: Oversee a responsive, student-centric medical environment calibrated to manage day-to-day adolescent health as well as injury triage and emergency preparedness.

- A genuine passion for working with adolescents (Grades 8–12) within a residential boarding school environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive healthcare conversations with empathy, warmth, and professionalism.
- Strong change-management skills and a track record of successfully integrating new technologies and workflow efficiencies.

Position Details & Application
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.
- Schedule: A consistent schedule is offered; however, flexibility is required to align with the rhythms of boarding school life, including occasional weekends and evenings for campus events or sports schedules.
