The Window Doctor has been serving Northern Ontario for over 25 years. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals interested in joining our team. The position entails working at heights, off extension ladders up to 28.5 feet without being tied off, Elevated Work Platforms and extension pole ground work, so being physically fit is an asset.
This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone who loves the outdoors and dealing with people. The ideal individual is hard-working, coach-able, and has effective communication skills. This role will involve both physical window cleaning as well as other marketing and customer-service duties in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for someone to join the family long-term and provide a senior/leadership type personality to our dynamic crew.
- Candidates require prior window cleaning experience/training.
- Candidates must have a full valid G license.
- Candidates must be able to follow through on any given task beginning to end, most of the time without supervision. Must also be able to ask questions when something seems unclear or dangerous/unsafe. Safety is a top priority at The Window Dr.
- Candidates without these requirements must apply to our apprentice position.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows using appropriate techniques and tools to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks.
- Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to meet cleaning schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in facilities maintenance as needed, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
