Responsibilities:
- Experienced Installer or Crew Leaders on a roofing or siding crew
- Install shingle roofing, siding, soffits, & fascia on residential houses.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with great communication skills.
- Able to ensure excellent installations on every project, while driving efficiency of the crew.
- Experience working safely on jobsites and ensuring your team works safely.
- Work with existing production team daily to determine priorities
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project
- Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
- Must be able to carry 80lb bundles of shingles on your shoulder and walk up a 2-storey ladder.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
