THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and overseeing project delivery. You’ll be the face of CS Flooring for your clients, building lasting relationships and helping them find the right flooring solutions for their spaces. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development (75%):
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting property managers, commercial developers, general contractors, and businesses across the GTA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business, referrals, and long-term account growth.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs, deliver tailored product recommendations, and prepare detailed, competitive quotations.
- Manage your sales pipeline with discipline — consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, competitor activity, and emerging sustainable flooring solutions to position CS Flooring as a trusted advisor.
Project Coordination (15%):
- Own the project lifecycle from sale through completion — monitoring progress, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and architects to bring flooring visions to life in a way that reflects CS Flooring’s standards of quality.
- Partner with internal operations teams to ensure seamless, on-spec, on-time project execution.
Administration (10%):
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details in the company CRM.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to leadership, including key insights, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Support the development of marketing materials and represent CS Flooring at promotional events and industry functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years's demonstrated experience in sales processes and client relationship management within the commercial construction industry.
- Experience in commercial flooring products and installation processes in an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to oversee concurrent projects, fostering teamwork and alignment to ensure positive results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the GTA for client meetings and site visits is required.
LOCATION:
- In office Monday through Friday (located in Mississauga) and in the field (GTA territory).

Pay Transparency
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act (Ontario), the expected compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 base salary per year, plus commission. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
