We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients by providing exceptional service, technical excellence, and honest advice. We are looking for an Intermediate IT Technician who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Position Summary
This position is ideal for someone with 3-7 years of IT experience who is comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate complex issues.
You will work with a variety of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud services, and desktop support.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support
- Install and configure Windows desktops and servers
- Support Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot networking issues
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID
- Deploy and support firewalls, switches and wireless networks
- Maintain documentation
- Perform backup monitoring and disaster recovery testing
- Support virtualization environments
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives
- Participate in after-hours support rotation (when scheduled)
- Work directly with clients in a professional manner
Required Skills
- 3+ years IT experience
- Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory
- TCP/IP networking
- VPN configuration
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Basic PowerShell
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
