Role Description
We are seeking a Construction Estimator for a full-time, in-office position in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will drive project success by reading, analyzing, and deciphering blueprints and specifications to produce highly accurate cost estimates. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to generating client proposals, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating material logistics
Technical Qualifications:
- Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to fluently read, analyze, and decipher architectural, structural blueprints.
- Estimating Expertise: Extensive experience in construction estimation, cost analysis, and budget management.
- Specialized Exterior Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building facade assemblies, including but not limited to; siding, soffit, fascia, stucco, roofing, and LP materials.
- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in modern construction estimating and takeoff software. ( StackCT or alike)
- Industry Acumen: Strong overall knowledge of construction materials, building processes, and current industry standards.

- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to produce highly accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate seamless collaboration across field teams and management.
