What You’ll Be Doing
The Basics: Deliver precision haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, and hot-towel shaves.
Consultation: Talk to your clients. Understand their style and provide expert recommendations that keep them coming back.
Retail & Upselling: Educate clients on the best products for their hair type and earn extra on every product sold.
Shop Pride: Maintain a clean, sanitized station and assist with front-desk check-ins to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay Sharp: Keep up with the latest trends and techniques to remain at the top of your game.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a professional shop preferred.
Licensing: Must hold a valid Alberta or barbering icense.
Skillset: Proficiency with clippers, shears, and straight razors.
Vibe: A positive attitude, punctuality, and a "team-first" mentality.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio of work (Instagram links are highly encouraged!).
