We are a premier longevity and wellness brand, offering an integrated suite of high-end services including IV therapy and infusions, hormone optimization, HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy), peptide and aesthetic treatments, and executive-level diagnostic testing. We're a growing, multi-location organization with clinics across the West Coast and now expanding into Vancouver, BC.
About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for aesthetic medicine to join our Vancouver clinic on a part-time basis. You'll provide safe, patient-centered care across injectables, laser treatments, dermal fillers, and IV therapy, working alongside our Lead Clinical Director and broader care team in a modern, fast-paced clinic environment built around longevity and biohacking-forward care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
Conduct patient consultations and skin/health assessments, and build individualized treatment plans Administer injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers), laser treatments, IV fluid infusions, and intramuscular injections within your scope of practice Assess skin aging symptoms and other skin-related concerns, ensuring patients are well-prepared for treatment Confirm patient clearance ahead of scheduled treatments, coordinating with the Lead Clinical Director or on-demand telemedicine provider as needed Provide pre- and post-treatment care, including timely follow-up calls within 24-48 hours Evaluate and document each patient's needs, including risk factors, comfort level, and treatment details Notify the Lead Clinical Director promptly of any significant complications or concerns
Patient Experience & Growth
Provide thorough consultation and education on treatment options and associated risks Support full-face evaluations and package/membership sales to grow your client base Meet daily and monthly client goals Collaborate with the Lead Clinical Director, Sales, and Marketing teams to support patient outreach and retention Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients on Next|Health's broader service offerings, connecting them to the right team members
Compliance & Operations
Monitor medications and supplies to ensure proper storage, security, and expiration tracking Maintain accurate, comprehensive patient records and adhere to BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) Stay current on new aesthetic and naturopathic procedures through ongoing education and research
Qualifications:
Clinical & Licensure (Must-Have)
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from an accredited program Licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC), with prescriptive authority CPR/BLS certification 3+ years of aesthetics experience preferred (or equivalent in-house training) Experience with injectables, IV therapy, or medical aesthetics a strong plus

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a broader clinical and sales team Excellent communication skills and a patient-first, collaborative mindset Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback in a fast-paced clinical setting
