Job Overview
Orachon Thai Massage and Wellness is expanding the RMT team. We are seeking either 1 full-time RMT or 3 Part-Time skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team of 8 RMTs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We will train in Thai Massage to prolong your Career and Expertise.
Location: 1938 Avenue Road, North York
Requirements: Must be available to work at least 2 days a week and reliable commute to the spa.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, including Thai massage and Deep Tissue
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and provide education on self-care practices.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Licensed RMT in good standing with the CMTO or already passed finished education and awaiting to take exams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques.
