We're looking for a high performing Construction Project Manager to lead demolition, hazardous material abatement, concrete & environmental projects across the Maritimes. This role is ideal for someone from a specialty trade background (demolition, concrete, cutting/coring, hazardous material abatement, environmental, specialty civil, etc) who's managed projects from the ground up and leads with clarity
What You'll Be Responsible For

Own the execution of demolition, concrete and specialty projects form kickoff to closeout

Lead project planning, resourcing, and scheduling

Manage communications with clients, subcontractors and our field supervisors

Monitor productivity, costs, timelines — and solve problems before they escalate.

Drive safety and compliance expectations

Collaborate with field team to ensure clarity, execution, and accountability

Estimate, price and secure projects
You Might Be a Fit If You:

Have experience managing one of the following specialties: concrete demolition, demolition, hazardous material abatement, environmental, petroleum

Qualifications

2-10+ years of construction experience (specialty trade or GC background)

Proven experience managing demolition, concrete or specialty trade projects
-
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing & safety
-
Confident with scheduling & cost tracking

Valid driver's license
