Sales Consultant Overview

Duties
- Greet customers warmly, build lasting relationships, and identify their unique needs.
- Showing jewelry and watches whilst providing expert advice and product knowledge.
- Perform jewelry inspections and precise measurements using specialized fine tools.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized, attractive merchandising displays; assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle merchandise safely and securely, maintaining a high level of security awareness at all times.
- Assist with store maintenance, including safely using a ladder.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere.
Requirements
- Big personality with a customer-service-oriented mindset and professional communication skills.
- Proven experience in retail sales; experience with jewelry, watches, or luxury goods is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Comfortable working with specialized fine tools and handling delicate items with precision.
- Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfort with using a ladder.
- High level of security awareness and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, basic math, and organizational tasks.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
