We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and respectful kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items, including Mexican-inspired and pub-style dishes, with consistency and attention to detail
- Assist with recipe development and menu enhancements through creative ingredient selection and flavour combinations
- Maintain efficiency and focus during busy service periods
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage spaces
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Support daily prep work, inventory management, and ingredient restocking
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas at the end of each shift
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
