Job Overview
We are seeking a positive, motivated, organized, detail oriented gas fitter to join our team.

Primary duties would be setting up propane cylinders/tanks, propane tank/cylinder inspections/maintenance, general gas work/installations/repairs/maintenance, and supporting the fuel delivery team members.
Minimum requirements are to have a valid, BC recognized class B gas ticket, a class 5 BC drivers license (with a clean drivers abstract), and a comfort with driving larger trucks.
Starting wage would depend on knowledge and experience level.
Work truck and tools are provided.
This role offers the opportunity to specialize in propane knowledge and experience in this specific field of gas fitting.
Specific Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain propane tanks/cylinders according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Install, repair, and maintain gas lines and gas equipment for our customer base
- Conduct routine inspections of propane tanks, cylinders, and systems to identify potential issues or hazards
Specific Requirements
- Valid, BC recognized class B gas ticket
- Knowledge and experience with various tools and forms of gas line installation (iron pipe, copper tube, etc)
- Valid class 5 drivers license (with clean drivers abstract)
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service
- Comfort with driving larger vehicles
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, rigging equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
