About the Role
Andre’s Electronic Experts is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable, hard-working Operations Specialist to join our team in Langford. You will ensure our warehouse runs smoothly, our showroom looks pristine, and our customers get their tech delivered and set up perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
Warehousing & Inventory: Manage incoming inventory, organize stock, and maintain an accurate, safe warehouse environment.
Receiving & Merchandising: Unload shipments, verify inventory counts, and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and beautifully merchandised.
Deliveries & Basic Installations: Safely transport consumer electronics to customers' homes and handle basic setups and installations.
Store Maintenance: Keep both the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and welcoming.
What We Are Looking For
A strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift and move heavy electronic equipment (like large TVs and appliances).
A valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for deliveries).
A professional, customer-friendly attitude when out on deliveries and installations.
Basic technical aptitude - comfort handling tools and setting up tech gear.
Punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $40,000 annually for a steady, predictable 40-hour work week.
Labor Commission: Earn an extra 15% on all invoiced labor from the installations you complete.
Benefits: Full extended health coverage kicks in after your 90-day probationary period.
