Responsibilities:
- Provide HR all-rounded generalist support to assigned division
- Handle full cycle of talent acquisition including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding.
- Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation and MPF administration etc.
- Work closely with the line managers in C&B issues, employee communications, compensation planning, performance management and other HR projects
- Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations
- Contribute to HR related ad hoc projects where necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- At lease 1 year Human Resources experiences in financial services industry.
- Candidates with experiences or insights in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices.
- Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $57,679.25-$118,793.67 per year
