Job Duties:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Present and sell financing options, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket products.
- Ensure all transactions comply with provincial and federal regulations.
- Prepare and process all finance and lease documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs, incentives, and financial products.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery experiences.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding financing options and product benefits.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
- Monitor deal progress to ensure timely funding and completion.
- Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive outcome.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the dealership and lenders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Previous experience in automotive finance, F&I, or dealership sales (considered an asset).
- A valid OMVIC certification (considered an asset).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong work ethic.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfort working with technology and dealership management systems.
