Job Overview:
Golden Arrow Group of Companies are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shutdown Dispatcher to coordinate and manage scheduled maintenance and shutdown for CNRL. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing production support. The start date for this position is on or before July 15, 2026.
Duties:
- Check in drivers
- Communicate trip details, route changes, and customer requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with client
- Provide support and guidance to drivers throughout their shifts
- Monitor service levels and ensure on-time performance
- Resolve service issues and communicate operational updates
- Passenger count tracking and reporting
- Perform other duties, as assigned or needed
Experience/Requirements:
- Dispatch experience in the transportation industry. (2 years)
- Prior experience in coordinating complex shutdowns or maintenance schedules
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Microsoft Office (2 years)

- Shift rotation: 14 on - 7 off;
- 9 hour shifts;
