About ReClick
ReClick is a small Canadian agency that manages Google Ads for clients across North America, with a portfolio weighted toward lead generation. We've invested in an internal intelligence platform (currently in active development) that handles the operational work most agencies hand to junior staff: weekly insights generation, change log auditing, quality score analysis, anomaly detection, and experiment monitoring. That means our account managers don't have grunt work to delegate. They focus on strategy, client relationships, and execution.
We're growing the team and looking for a senior Google Ads Manager to take on a portfolio of client accounts.
If you've spent the last few years split across Meta, TikTok, and Google, this role probably isn't the right fit. We go deep on Google Ads, not wide across channels.
About the Role
You will own 9 to 10 Google Ads accounts at launch, scaling to 14 to 16 accounts by end of year as you build fluency with our internal platform. You are the strategist, the operator, and the client point of contact for every account in your portfolio.
You will:
- Run the day-to-day on every account in your portfolio: bidding strategy, account structure, asset creation, audience and targeting, experiment design
- Be the primary client contact across weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reporting cadences
- Lead the diagnostic process when accounts move, working a structured cascade from primary metric back to root cause
- Design, ship, and analyze experiments using our Notion-based workflow
- Author client-facing reports and lead client review calls
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your book
- Maintain account documentation in Notion
- Contribute to internal playbooks as we grow
Required
- 5+ years managing Google Ads accounts in an agency or in-house environment
- Direct experience owning client relationships, not just executing on someone else's strategy
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Search and Performance Max as your primary channels, with working knowledge of Demand Gen and YouTube
- Experience diagnosing account performance using a structured root-cause process (e.g., auction pressure, bid strategy lag, creative fatigue, tracking integrity)
- Familiarity with Google Ads scripts, bulk operations, or API-adjacent tooling
- Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Proven success managing lead-generation accounts
- Strong written communication. Our reports are written, not deck-driven.
- Currently based in Canada with permanent work authorization

- Experience at a small agency
- Ecommerce and lead generation account experience
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools as part of daily workflow
