Duties
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform construction, masonry, and restoration tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Assist with renovation projects, including caulking, sealing, and surface preparation
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow detailed instructions for each project phase, ensuring quality workmanship at every stage
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, masonry, or restoration work preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation required
- Knowledge of renovation techniques such as caulking and surface preparation beneficial
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Prior experience working on building restoration or renovation projects is a plus
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols at all times
