Position Overview:
We are seeking 1-2 dedicated and adaptable Kitchen Helpers to join our fantastic team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing meals, ensuring timely and efficient production of kids' lunches, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is a part-time role to start (1- days per week and vacation coverage) with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
