We’re looking for a true leader. Someone creative, organized, passionate, and driven. Someone who can move seamlessly from recipe development and production planning to mentoring staff and delivering an incredible customer experience.
You’ll be leading:
- Pastry + dessert development
- Daily production + quality control
- Ordering + inventory management
- Team leadership + training
- Kitchen systems + organization
- Service standards + guest experience
- Seasonal features and creative direction
The Stratford concept will feature:
- Scratch-made pastries
- Éclairs + profiteroles
- Tarts, bars + rotating desserts
- Ice cream + nostalgic milk bar influences
- Coffee + creative feature items
- And of course… doughnuts!
