We are looking to hire a property maintenance technician for our client in the Port Carling area of Muskoka
This is a full time seasonal position must be able to work on weekends
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a grounds maintenance technician. Own transportation is required as there is no public transit available in this area.
Job Duties:
- Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, trimming, yard waste removal
- General labour duties -garbage removal and other duties
- Heavy lifting
- Responding to various maintenance requests
- Perform basic maintenance and general landscaping
- All other general job duties assignedJob Requirements:
- Physically capable and available to work days, afternoons, weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Previous landscaping experience a must.
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather
- Physically able to walk, stand and lift for extended periods.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
