IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Weston Ford as a Parts Counter Salesperson. International Auto Group (IAG) boasts seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.
What you'll deliver:
- Receive payments from retail customers.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's policies and guidelines.
- Efficiently help customers select the right parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
- Answer customer and internal telephone calls, help provide pricing, and provide any other information customers ask.
Taking orders by telephone for retail and wholesale customers while servicing technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
- Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
- Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.
- Must have a valid G Class Driver's Licence and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
Knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
