Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic 5 star rated, subaru only, service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail in a small shop environment, where quality means more to us than quantity.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive automotive repairs including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs and modifications
- Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics for assembly and repair procedures
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and dealership policies
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
- Assist in the training of junior technicians when necessary
Skills
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems, subaru experience would be highly beneficial
- Mechanical knowledge with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for accurate repairs
- Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics tools
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods
- Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
