Northern LED is expanding our high-performance sales team! We’re looking for self-motivated, confident Outside Sales Representatives to help commercial and industrial clients upgrade to energy-efficient LED lighting through utility rebate programs.
This is a commission-based opportunity. If you’re driven, goal-oriented, and enjoy being on the road, we want to work with you.
Commission Earnings:
- Paid per qualifying LED fixture sold (High Bays, Panels, Strip Lights)
- High-earning potential for consistent performers
You Are:
- Reliable, energetic, and goal-driven
- Able to work independently and manage your territory
- Great with people and comfortable speaking to business owners and facility managers
- Organized and able to consistently enter accurate CRM data
- Experienced in sales, lighting, or construction industries (an asset, not required)
Responsibilities:
- Generate daily qualified leads by visiting businesses across your assigned area
- Educate potential clients about energy-efficient lighting and rebate opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely lead entries in CRM
