Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (Experienced) – Private Practice

We are a warm, patient-focused private dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Administrator who loves helping patients say “yes” to the care they need. What You’ll Do
- Present dental treatment plans in a clear, friendly, and confident way
- Help patients understand the value of recommended care
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow up on pending cases
- Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans
- Work toward case acceptance goals (typically 70–85%)
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations
- Track unscheduled and incomplete treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support front office operations as needed
- Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (required)
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Front Office Administrator, or Office Manager
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Confidence in discussing treatment, finances, and insurance
- Experience with dental software (Opus)
- Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
- A positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience in a Canadian dental office and strong English communication skills are required for patient education, treatment coordination, and insurance discussions.
- Good customer service skills
