Project Coordinator – Roofing & Exteriors

Superior Roofing Ltd. is one of Calgary’s leading exterior contractors, specializing in commercial, residential, and restoration roofing, siding, and exterior projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to help ensure our projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to completion.
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, planning, and project execution.
- Complete accurate site measurements, material takeoffs, and blueprint reviews.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with clients, builders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and job costing.
- Assist with estimating, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction.
- Experience coordinating construction projects is preferred.
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
