Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic team in a lively restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality sector. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, customer service, and food presentation while working in a fast-paced setting dedicated to guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, maintaining food safety protocols
- Clear tables and reset dining areas for incoming guests
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Support baristas or bartenders during busy periods by assisting with drink orders when necessary
- Uphold all food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Basic food preparation skills are a plus, including familiarity with the food industry standards
- Experience as a barista or in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not required
