Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners in Sudbury
- Present HVAC products and program options confidently and professionally
- Build rapport quickly and adapt your approach on the fly
- Keep accurate notes and follow-up details within the CRM
- Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
- Stay responsive and aligned with the scheduling and sales leadership teams
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfort with daily travel and a mobile workday
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
- At least one year of sales experience; in-home or field sales is an asset
- Ability to manage time independently and keep pace with a full schedule
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset and comfort working toward clear goals
Schedule
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Saturday based on homeowner availability. The ability to stay flexible and keep momentum throughout the week is important.
