Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about powersports and outdoor power equipment, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently sell products while supporting other departments, such as parts when needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right Polaris, Honda, and STIHL products to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory, promotions, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
- Complete sales and financing documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist at the Parts Counter when required, helping customers identify and purchase the correct parts and accessories.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid OMVIC License
- Previous sales experience
- Parts knowledge and the ability to assist at the Parts Counter
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers, dealership software, and point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work every other Saturday
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a powersports, agricultural, or outdoor power equipment dealership
- Familiarity with OEM parts look-up systems
- Strong knowledge of Polaris, Honda, STIHL, and powersports products
Schedule
- Full-Time Monday - Friday
- Every Other Saturday Required
