Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Driver to join our growing transportation team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles over long distances to ensure timely delivery of freight across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, knowledge of heavy equipment, using quad axle trailer and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Safely operate large commercial trucks for long-distance freight transportation
- Load and unload freight using heavy equipment tools as needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations during transit
- Ability to drive in US with all valid travel documentation.
- Be on the road for long periods of time.
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record and valid CVOR
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience and knowledge to secure load with, straps, chain, tarps etc.
- Experienced with Quadaxle trailers
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and trailers
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems for route planning
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with dispatchers, clients, and team members
- Physical ability to prepare heavy loads, operate heavy equipment, and perform manual tasks if needed
- Possess basic clerical skills for documents and email/texts etc.
This position requires a dedicated professional committed to safe driving practices, efficient freight management, and maintaining high standards of operational safety.
Proficient in English is a must (French is an asset)
Clean driving history and at least 2 years experience driving long hauls.
Must be able to travel to USA on a regular basis.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
