Duties

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the cash register or POS system effectively.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in hospitality.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
