We are a growing travel agency specializing in cruises, vacation packages, and global customized travel services.
Our client base is primarily Mandarin-speaking, so fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role.
We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has cruise sales experience, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable working with cruise line and travel supplier booking systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cruise and vacation bookings
- Provide travel recommendations based on clients' needs
- Handle quotations, reservations, and booking modifications
- Follow up with clients before and after travel
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cruise sales experience required
- Familiarity with cruise line and travel supplier booking systems
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Sales experience and strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up with clients proactively
- Cantonese speaking is an asset
- Personal cruise travel experience is an asset
