LOCATED IN TRENTON, ONTARIO
M Custom Woodworking (MCW) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill a position for a Shop Foreman/Custom Cabinet Maker/ Installer at our new location in Trenton Ontario.
Operating since 1981 MCW creates custom architectural millwork and we are currently looking to fill this position immediately.
Job Description
- **Minimum 5 years continuous experience working on a 10' sliding table saw
- *Ability to create cut lists and calculate efficiency yields from Architectural Drawings
- Ability to read architectural drawings is a requirement
- Manage production of a team of up to 5 employees
- Must be familiar with cutting Dado joints on table saw or router table (a must have)
- Familiar with using and troubleshooting an Edgebander
- Sanding wooden surfaces - belt sander and edge sander
- Willing to work overtime when necessary
- Install cabinets and custom woodworking on job site (20% of overall job)
- Must be able to complete finishing work and installations of cabinets, countertops and storage units

Salary: $25-$35 / hour based on experience and type of employment and experience level (FTE vs Contractor)
Annual Bonus opportunity is available based on company and individual performance.
