What You Bring:
- Red Seal Journeyman Certification in Machining
- Experience in a jobbing shop or custom fabrication environment
- Proficiency operating Horizontal Boring Mills (manual and/or CNC)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
