We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our growing team and enjoy the benefits of our family centered work culture.
This position is for Monday to Thursday 3:00-8:00 pm (until September 30th then switching to 3:00-7:00pm) and Fridays 2:00-6:00pm.
Job Duties:
-Answer calls in a prompt, professional manner. Paging and directing calls to the appropriate department
-General administrative duties
-Greet customers in a positive manner
-Take payments
Qualifications:
-Positive attitude
-Punctual and reliable
-Attention to detail
-Experience on a multi-line switchboard would be an asset
-Organization skills
-Strong computer skills
