Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for various physical tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
- Picking orders for delivery and assembling materials for customer orders
- Keeping the yard neat and organized, ensuring proper storage of lumber and materials, and assisting with inventory tracking
- Assist customers
- Follow protocols by maintaining a clean and safe yard environment, including removing debris and organizing materials
- Operate some power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous labor experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Understanding and adhering to safety protocols
