We are looking for two motivated and curious Engineering Co-op Students in Automation to join our team for a 12-month term filled with learning, problem-solving, and meaningful projects.
This is not a typical co-op — you will be fully involved in real operations and projects:
- Support automation and process control initiatives across the plant
- Work with systems such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial networks
- Assist in designing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (WCM / Lean)
- Analyze production issues and help develop practical solutions
- Support project planning, execution, and reporting
You will also gain exposure to capital projects and advanced manufacturing technologies in a fast-paced environment.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
You are a driven engineering student who wants to learn, contribute, and grow:
- Currently enrolled in a university engineering program (co-op/internship required)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in automation, controls, and manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with PLC/SCADA/SPC or SAP is considered an asset
- Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
Previous exposure to Lean Manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with real engineering challenges
- Exposure to automation technologies and industrial systems
