Ride Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager for their Corporate Office in Oakville, Ontario. Ride Group has two stores in Ottawa & two Stores in California. The Corporate Service Manager will be overseeing Service Operations of all four stores & will need to travel a minimum of 1 week per month to store locations. Additional duties are detailed as below.
Duties:
-Daily Review of previous days closed Repair Orders
-Manage a team of multilingual BDC and an in-house warranty coordinator.
-Review & Analyze Technician Efficiency
- Formulate & Review Service department Processes.
-Plan & Execute Marketing / Advertising Strategies.
-Build CSI Process and upkeep of the same.
-Regular warranty audits at store level and regular warranty receivable review.
- Ensure organizational and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Oversee scheduling and time management for all service department
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 Year Service Manager experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to interview and assess potential candidates
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in math for data analysis purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
