About the Role
Boulanger Industrial Group (B.I.G.) is looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our people, HR, and culture initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, coordinating details, and helping create a positive employee experience across the company.
You will support the leadership team and Culture Committee by helping plan, coordinate, document, and follow through on HR, employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, communications, and internal culture initiatives.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable keeping multiple initiatives organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will:
- Coordinate HR, employee experience, and culture initiatives from planning through execution
- Support onboarding, recognition programs, employee engagement activities, surveys, and internal events
- Prepare internal communications, documents, presentations, trackers, and reports
- Conduct research, gather data, and summarize findings to support HR and culture-related decisions
- Track timelines, follow up on action items, and keep initiatives moving forward
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, programs, vendors, bookings, and approvals
- Maintain confidential employee information, HR documentation, lists, and files with professionalism and discretion
- Provide regular updates to leadership and escalate issues when timelines or outcomes are at risk
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in an administrative, HR, coordination, operations, or similar support role
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Clear written communication skills and comfort preparing documents and internal messages
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Lists, Planner, surveys, events, onboarding, or internal communications is an asset
- Bilingual French/English skills are considered an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
