Skills and Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities of BA Certifications (Nice to Have)CFA, FRM or other relevant Counterparty Credit Risk(CCR) certifications. Requirements gathering clarity
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and clearly define business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the development team. Deep understanding of business logic
- Develop a thorough understanding of CCR domain concepts and application workflows to critically evaluate requirements and identify gaps or conflicts early.
- Test strategy execution Design comprehensive test strategies and lead end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and integration scenarios with minimal defect leakage.
- Dependency identification Proactively identify and document upstream and downstream dependencies, flagging potential impact areas across systems and teams before changes are delivered.
- Clear documentation Maintain accurate and accessible documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and process flows to support both delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Full sprint lifecycle involvement Actively participate in all phases of the sprint from refinement and planning th rough development, testing, and retrospective ensuring BA coverage at every stage rather than just at the bookends.
- Production stakeholder support Support production issue triage by leveraging business logic knowledge to assist root cause analysis and serve as a key point of contact for ongoing stakeholder communication.
