We are currently hiring Machine Operators for one of our clients in the printing and packaging industry located in Paris, ON. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals with machine operating experience to join a fast-paced production team. Opportunities are available operating vinyl and small format printing equipments.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment.
- Operate printing, vinyl, and cutting machines according to production requirements.
- Follow work instructions and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
