WHAT WE SELL:
Roof demossing/treatment, gutter cleaning, window washing, exterior siding softwashing, and pressure washing
WHY OUR SERVICE IS THE BEST FOR DOOR KNOCKING:
This isn’t solar. This isn’t pest control. This isn’t landscaping. This isn’t internet or insurance. Those services are way harder to sell because people don’t really need it as much as they need our services…
With us, every single homeowner on every single street literally NEEDS what our services… Moss destroys roofs. Clogged gutters flood homes. Dirty sidings and windows are everywhere. You are minimally convincing anyone of anything. You are showing up at the right time and they already have the problem. That means you get sales every day, not once in a while!!
HOW IT WORKS:
When you start, your job is to knock doors and get homeowners interested in a free quote (We will train you how to do it). Our sales manager then closes the deal for you... That’s it. Simple. As you grow in the later months, you will be able to close everything yourself without the sales managers help, and then you will be able to keep the full commission, once fully trained of course. How fast that happens… depends on you.
(FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!)
REALISTIC EARNINGS:
- During training you realistically make $2,500 to $7,000 per month
- Every single one of our reps makes a minimum of $2,500 per month. We have ZERO people making less than that!!
- Once fully trained and closing on your own, top reps take home $5,000 to $10,000 per month
- Hit realistic bonus targets to earn an additional $600 on top (we add realistic bonuses to keep all sales reps motivated)
- You get paid cash usually every few days to a week, not at the end of the month
- May to August is PEAK MONEY SEASON because spring/summertime most homeowners want to clean their home due to good weather
Schedule:
- Minimum 5 days a week required
- Saturday and Sunday are the biggest earning days because everyone is home
- This is not a part time or casual opportunity
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Clear confident fluent English with no heavy accent. Strangers at their front door must understand you easily
- Sales experience is required. If you have no sales experience but you are genuinely very hungry to door knock and learn, we will consider you
- Self motivated, no hand holding
- Shows up minimum 5 days a week including weekends
- Handles rejection and keeps going
WE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT LOOKING FOR:
- Lazy, shy, timid, or easily discouraged people
- Anyone with broken English or a thick accent
- People who need constant motivation or babysitting
- Anyone who cannot figure things out on their own
- We are not here to babysit. If you need someone to push you every morning, move on
