Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior staff
- Support food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities
- Help with food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Serve dishes to guests efficiently and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
- Support supervising staff in managing daily restaurant functions
- Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
Skills
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant management, or the food industry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise team members effectively
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain high hygiene standards
