As a key member of the growing B2B sales team, you'll play an important role in expanding the market presence and building long-term customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building.

Develop and grow B2B, wholesale, and commercial sales channels.

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities and customer retention.

Create and refine sales messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting campaigns for email, phone, and other channels.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Follow up promptly with inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and effectively communicate their value to customers.

Coordinate sales documentation and ensure all required information is accurately processed and shared with internal teams.

Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular sales activity and performance reports.

Contribute to weekly and monthly sales planning activities and achievement of team targets.

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Experience selling within the home goods, furniture, home organization, or related industries is considered an asset.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.

Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sales performance and key metrics.

Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of household products, home organization solutions, or consumer goods is an asset.
